As we get older, our skin naturally becomes less elastic and more fragile. Natural oil production is reduced, which dries out the face and makes it appear more wrinkled. Good thing I tried this Bakuchiol Serum that has 2.5% bakuchiol which is intended to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while other plant-derived ingredients (such as mugwort oil and bitter orange flower extract) work to improve skin elasticity and strengthen the skin barrier. It is a natural antioxidant that works similarly to retinol to maintain skin elasticity. It also helps to improve skin texture, restore firmness, and even out skin tone. Its very gentle and helps to calm skin making it a good option for those whose skin shows signs of sensitivity. As for me, I'm using this for preventative reasons. I haven't noticed much of a problems with my skin's elasticity, but as a worried person, I want to as early as a possible prevent wrinkles from showing up.  Using this hasn't caused any breakouts for me either. I noticed that my skin became brighter and firmer after using it. However, I'm merely bothered by the smell. It's very earthy and almost smells like mud to me.
