I was really excited for this new launch because I really enjoyed both the cleanser and the mist from this line.

This is a mild, soothing serum meant to cool, calm and moisturize the skin. It contains a whopping 80% of Tea Tree extract which has excellent cooling and soothing properties. Tea tree is also helpful in controlling oil and sebum in the skin. Mild and botanical ingredients such as Betaine and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (Licorice) contribute to help moisturize, protect and balance skin. According to the brand, this has a slightly acidic pH similar to the pH level of healthy skin.

The product is clear and comes in a 30ml airless eco-friendly (made of 100% sugar cane) pump packaging, which I really love! The packaging even comes with a pin that you can use to block the inlet of the pump, making it more hygienic and waste-free as it prevents unnecessary spillage of the product.

It has a very minimal, almost unnoticeable tea tree scent. Texture is lightweight and watery/gel-like with some slip to it. I love the instant feeling of moisture this gives upon application without feeling sticky or tacky. It absorbs fairly easily as well.

This is meant especially for all skin types especially those with irritated, oily and sensitive skin since tea tree components are known to have great effects in balancing those kinds of skin types.

I found that this performs excellently in calming and soothing my skin’s redness in the mornings. I like how this serum is so gentle on the skin though and I would definitely reach for this when my skin needs something mild and calming.
