Hey, guys! Long time, no review. Here's the first of the year.

I was one of the the testers @bentoncosmetic chose to review their new lotion. It's made up of 50% Green Tea ingredients from Boseong which is the most famous Green Tea harvesting area of Korea. As usual, Benton only uses a limited number of ingredients and they always present freshly made products by sticking to a small batch production. Always check the PAO, which is usually 6 months for their products.

This product is targeted for oily or combination skin. True enough, I noticed a difference in my oil production throughout the day. It took a longer time for me to look like a greaseball. This product was also dermatologically tested. The mildly acidic lotion is very gentle on the skin. It's free from artificial fragrance, volatile alcohol, PEGs and other harmful ingredients. My skin approves and didn't develop bumps or irritation through the period of use.

What I like most about it is the texture. It's so smooth on application. My skin looks like glass. It absorbs fast. Plus, there's no white cast! I can skip my moisturizer step with two layers of this lotion, or with 1 layer and a heavy sunscreen. However, I really have to mention that there needs to be something done about its packaging. It's so hard to dispense. I wish it came in a pump. I have half a mind transferring it to the Benton Aloe BHA toner container 😆.

So is it another breakthrough from Benton? I'd say no. I've tried better products from them prior this. I would really like to give the toner a try. I have to point out that I'm more of a toner gal than a lotion one.
