Benton Inc., led by CEO Jang-won Lee, has announced the official launch of its new product,
'Vitamin C Serum,' which is a clean beauty brand. The product completed Wadiz funding with positive consumer interest,
including first place in the Wadiz funding beauty category and second place in the overall category.
The Vitamin C Serum is a pure white cosmetic product containing 20% highly concentrated vitamin C
without purified water, making it an excellent vitamin ampoule with a superior whitening effect.
It can help improve blemishes, skin texture, exfoliation care, and elasticity. The product's formulation is the result
of years of research by Am. Director Jeong Tae-hwa is the former director of Kolmar Research Institute.
Benton claims that vitamin C cosmetics are easily oxidized when exposed to moisture
and oxygen, leading to decreased effectiveness and often resulting in yellow pigmentation being added
to hide the browning. However, Benton Vitamin C Serum is a unique product that uses skin moisturizer instead
of purified water to prevent oxidation and remain effective.
Furthermore, the product is formulated to focus solely on function without moisture
and does not evaporate moisture. It has a more extended period of use than regular vitamin ampoules,
with a 30-month shelf life before opening and a 6-month use period after opening, ensuring freshness and avoiding oxidation.
Clinical trials conducted on the product for two weeks confirmed that it improves blemishes
and pigmentation by 123%, skin roughness by 103%, and skin radiance by 124%.
It is also confirmed as non-irritating and has been dermatologically tested with a score of 0.00, making it safe to use.
A Benton official said, "It can be said to be overwhelming both in terms of ingredients
and effectiveness as it has been studied for a long time," and added,
"I hope it will help restore dull skin to bright and healthy skin due to the cold and dry weather."
