This spot cream did not irritate my sensitive skin at all. I only use this at night for the first few days. Then I decided to incorporate this also in my morning routine. I can say that it really does it job. It instantly vanished the pimple on my forehead after 2 days. I honestly don't like that it contains EO's and has short "Period After Opening" of 6 months. Nevertheless, it is the best spot cream I have tried so far.
