💙This is a 2-step peeling gel combining both physical & chemical exfoliation. Physical exfoliation from the cellulose & the chemical from the PHA; a 3rd generation type of chemical exfoliant made from lactobionic acid which is safer; less photosensitivity than 2nd generation of PHA (glucanolactone). .

💙The molecular size of PHA is much larger than AHA/BHAs & doesn’t penetrate as deeply so they only remove dead skin cells on the surface layer. Perfect for sensitive skin as it’s less irritating. .

💙My sensitive skin doesn’t tolerate strong acids. Benton’s PHA peeling gel is gentle. PHA is also ideal for dry skin as they’re a humectant & form a moisture barrier. .

My sensitive skin really liked this peeling gel. I’ve been using for 4 weeks: 2-3x a week. My skin is not irritated or dry. It does feel softer & make up applies better especially when I use it in the ☀️. It’s too early to say if it helps with blackheads. As it only works on the surface area. .
